After this first track we started to make music on a more regular basic.

Also we started to use Gtalk  for some online jamming. Gtalk had less latency then they other  messenger programs. So David played harmonica and Ruud Guitar. Fun!

Ruud uses MIDI wind controller with his program for disabled children and he also  started to use them in the music with David.
Cool marimba.mp3

In this track you will also hear
slide wistle which David played.
He fixed the slide so he could play the flute by moving his head.
This concept started the idea of building a MDI windcontroller that could be played with headmovement.
As we know today this ended with a new instrument "The Magic Flute"
David Whalen - computer software (audiomulch and Acid) for drums, loops and sound programming, slide flute.
Ruud van der Wel -  Yamaha WX5 wind synth with the VL70
David made this track and send the MP 3 To Ruud
Ruud played some WX on top and send a MP3  back to David.
David then mulched the track and send it back to Ruud
Ruud married the two  tracks he had  together and the track was finished  o.k we loose a bit of sound quality this way, but its tons of fun.

This is another early track with slide flute and yes some vocals from Ruud. The lyric is just a free flow and maybe just don't make sence but that is because Ruud is dutch and not an English Songwriter.
Red old chevy.mp3
Also build the same way  with some more guitar and WX5 Mantra.mp3 Ruud also wrote this lyric haha that is why he sing only one line all the time.

So David  writes lyrics too and Ruud started to sing in some of the other tunes.
And sang even more in this song Can"t slow down.mp3
